Vikram leads the VHS Pharmacy team that serves nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities and Hospice at Virginia Health Services. His team is committed to deliver the best care to the Residents. He has been a licensed pharmacist in Virginia for over 16 years at a retail community setup rendering excellent patient care. His passion toward patient care has helped him build a professional reputation in the community. Prior to this, he worked has a research fellow at Mass General Hospital in affiliation to Harvard Medical School. Vikram obtained his B.S in pharmacy and pursed his M.S in pharmacology at St. John’s College of Pharmacy in New York. He has published his research in many scientific journals. He is also APhA certified immunizing pharmacist, representing a fusion in science and clinical pharmacy. In his spare time, Vikram loves listening to audiobooks, mountain biking, taking care of his koi pond, and spends time with his wife and the twins. “Coming together is a beginning; Staying together is progress; and Working together is success.” – Henry Ford.
