VHS Hospice social work intern Jill Carpenter will host a Death Café from 6 to 7 p.m. April 22 in the community room at The
Donna oversees Virginia Health Services’ Home Health Care and Hospice divisions. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y,, and graduated from Norfolk State University where she received her MSW. Prior to joining VHS, she served as the Managing Director of Healthcare at Atlantic Shores Retirement Community. Prior to Atlantic Shores, she was the Service Line Administrator for Post-Acute Care at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, which included home health, hospice, palliative care and Transition Care Clinic. In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, kayaking and hiking.
