“We have developed a formal apprenticeship program to train individuals to become CNAs, in addition to helping our existing Team Members grow into positions such as activities directors, LPNs, RNs, and nurse leaders. The healthcare environment can be stressful, however we support our team with the tools and equipment to care for our patients/residents.”
